We had a very good team come and install a new Wocester boiler. They drove 70 miles + to Cheltenham, arrived at the time that was that was agreed to, 9am. There was a problem at first with the layout of the pipes from my old boiler as they did not match the new inlets. A couple of hours later all the pipes were connected and the boiler installed, the new layout and workmanship was very good. The team of two left at 5-30, with the new boiler working perfectley. Next came the electricians who installed a remote timer, while they were here, the guy who power flushed the radiaters arrived and cleaned out the gunk in the radiaters, individualy. All the teams did a great job, it is a shame that there are people who can only moan! Thank you Wil-Mo-Wil.... |

I’m a very elderly lady and WIL-MOR-Wil understood this and took my disability into consideration also. The work they carried out at my property was outstanding, I didn’t want them to leave, and I wish other companies that I had dealt with in the past had been as polite and knowledgeable as this company. I couldn’t thank them enough. All the negative comments that I’ve read on here about this lovely company are all a load of doggy doo doo, as for them being a large company yes they are but they are not a nasty company who couldn’t give a damn about you, it’s a family run company with extremely pleasant employees who really do care about your needs.
EAGA decide how much you pay for your grant and what work is to be done so don’t judge WIL-MOR-WIL when you don’t know the facts. It\'s not their fault you have to pay an excess and it’s not their fault you have to wait, nearly everyone who applies for the grant is in the same situation as I was and probably as you are. It’s not an emergency service as they told me, there’s a list which they have to follow so they can’t skip down the list to you as it’s not fair on others who have been waiting. You people just need to be grateful you’re getting a grant and that your having a wonderful company install it for you, they kept me out of the cold through winter so they must be doing something right and my golly they are. So think about that before you begin to slander a fantastic company. I’m extremely grateful to WIL-MOR-WIL. Thank you.

Had an engineer out to service my HE boiler and unvented cylinder, he was very thourough in stripping down the boiler and testing it using an analyser to check the ratio? Same depth of service with the unvented cylinder. Very experienced chap who knew his stuff. Can\'t see how the company can be critisised, every confidence in them!... |

they came they saw they left pipes in the roof void that could\'nt be insulated because the \" engineers \" had put the pipes too close to get a fag paper between them let alomne two sets of foam tube pipe insulation .
They failed to properly insulate even those bits of pipe that were possible to correctly insulate.
The same pair of twerps were made to return and rework the job . have just discoverfed that all they have basically done is open up a foam tube and tape it over the top of the pipe leaving the underside un insulated and leaving the pipe that passes over the roof trusses as free of insualtion as the day the tube was made.
Now a week later the boiler would not light ..this is a £2 K ballanced flue condensing oil burner that is all sin ing and all dancing jobby .
a qualified service engineer fro a different company attends ..the system is full of air the heating circuit pump cannot pump air so burner cuts out and stays out. Most rads appeared to be 1/3 to 1/2 full of air . I\'m bleeding crippled who has a heating grant replacement for a disabled person and I cannot get into the roof void very well so why the heck were there no automatic bleed pots on the highest point in the system as diticated by good engineering practices.
have asked for ega and wil-mr-wil to arrange a return visit to sort things out at their expense and not to send\" Roy Rogers and Jessie James of Bodg-it & Scarper limited Lntelligence \" back as I don\'t want or trust them any more ...watch this space for the next installment.... |

wilmorwil are very POOR AND inconsiderate as while they came to our home during our family crisis and financial hardship they totaly failed to impress in common human decency and workmanship. After paying hundreds of pounds more than our grant allowance not mentioned by the assesor we were left with a partially heated house, The heating was needed in our situation myself waiting to return from hospital and two children and after months of making a nuisance of ourselves to get two radiators working and other minor issues to them, we had many excuses from wilmorwil and let downs that almost made us give up then to be told it would cost us more to do a proper job and eventially a team of huferrs and puffers bled the rads rounding valves and left us with the mass of minor issues to them-but major to us.I am no expert but the pipe work is like spagetti junction we now have two radiators we can not bleed VERY POOR WILMOR WIL... |

After the wil-mor-wil team installed my new heating system all was well until we had high winds, which kept blowing out the pilot light. I called the shop and they sent out an engineer who infromed me that we require an additional flue attatchment which would cost £200 , i paid this but it didn\'t work, they sent out another engineer who said i required a new part for the actual fire , they fitted this , still blowing out, now another engineer has said they need to fit a baffler plate inside my fire and that should sort it!!!. in total since we had the fire intalled it has cost us a small fortune and it still blows out in high winds.Would i recommend them ,NEVER.... |

What a fantastic job these boys did!! Absolutly over the moon with everything that was done. Extremley proffesional and very understanding of my disabillity. Thanks very much :)
In reference to some of the other comments. The work that wil mor wil carry out is for the hees eaga partnership. The grants that this partnership supply are basic grants to provide such individuals as myself with heating. It does not cover the cost of decorating, cleaning or boxing anything, just fitting the central heating! so to complain on these grounds i feel is very ungrateful.
also any additional \"excess\" that the work incurs is not due to wil mor wil but the grant agency themselves, so before complaining find out the facts first is my advice, and when you sat in your warm homes this winter, remember who installed your lovely new system :)... |

I can\'t express how excellent the service I received from this company was. Their central heating installers were very quick, and very polite. Having an old house, they managed to fit the radiators and boiler where needed and with no mess left to clear up. I can say with confidence that I would recomend them to anyone.... |

I had a new boiler installed was told it would take three to four days to install and that there would be no extra cost to my hees grant instead was sent letter to pay £708.00 extra to have job done. I had to call Wil Mor Wil back every week for three months to put right problems with the plumbing that they were supposed to do. Also made alot of mess and never redid any boxing in that they took away. During these three months my husband was taken very ill in hospital in intensive care and still they didn\'t bother to put problems right, in end just gave up on them ever coming back. ... |

I am very dissapointed with the sevice and treatmnent of this dealer they charges are high costing over £5000 for new oil tank and boiler when the excisting items were put in in 2003 and cost £3000 for a full new system including 9 radiators and the pipeing involved.
Initially the grant was £2700 and I would have had to pay over £3500 as well making the job over £6000. it is amazing how we disabled are treated and charged because we have a right to grants?
I am discusted and complaining to the ombidsman since this is how old people are treated and it has to stop. After i complained the grant I was to receive went up wwell I qualify for a £30,000 diavled grant if I want to use it for this job and it will not cost any more than £3000 if we use local fair sustem to find the cheapest tender and not bullied by these big companies.
