Safe Boilers - London

A nightmare. I was quoted 2200 pounds for fitting a boiler and installing one radiator system. This man then proceeded to buy the bolier for 1150, and spent four days installing it. Water damage was caused to my house, leaking from each radiator, as well as making a gaping hole in the bathroom wall which he reufused to fix. He was rude and confrontational, and said that he had no insuarnace and if we did take him to ocurt, we would get nothing. He then proceeded to walk off the property without informing us of what he had done and what he hadn't done. He said he was going to the pub to spend the remaining 350 pounds cash we had given him up front. He said he did not trust cheques,a nd so it had to be cash. He was threatening, pointing in our faces and even threatened that he had cut a key to our property and would come back to take the boiler and hoped myself and my family were staying in the property that night. A vile, incompetent and ingnorant man, who should be struck off, or change the name of the compnay to "Cowboys R Us". I urge anyone considering this company to think again. You will regret ever having this man in your home....
