Thank goodness we went to an honest and reliable company like Swifts. We have had numerous problems with our boiler installed in 2006, manufacturing problems, and we don\'t appear to be alone. The manufacturers do not want to know. Swifts have patiently dealt with all the problems and by process of trial and error are sorting it out. They have not charged for many of the visits and treat us with honesty and courtesy. A lesser firm would have walked away. We are grateful for their determination and persistence. ...

We changed to Swift\'s afewyears ago after experiencing poor service and a lot of sales promotions from British Gas (for whom I used to work) What a change, polite experienced & knowledgeable engineers who warned me of the Capital cost of change when it ain\'t broke. really refreshing & I don\'t know where these mischief makers are coming from. ...

My search for a reputable heating company led me to WS Swift Services when experiencing a heating breakdown. Contrary to other comments logged here i feel i have to totally disagree and add my experience with the company which was nothing short of first class. Excellent all round friendly service which i would highly recommend....

had a swift engineer attend to broken down boiler this morning. he arrived promptly was courteous and repaired my boiler without the need to return with parts....

I had the misfortune to call W G Swift Services Ltd. They are one of the rudest unhelpful set of people I have come across. Unfortunately I did not search the internet for comments before calling them, at my peril. I recommend you go to your boiler manufacturer’s website for their recommended engineers. You probably won’t find Swift listed, I didn’t at Grant UK, which may indicate the level of their competence or incompetence....

Don\'t touch these people with a barge pole. They treat you as if you are a free cash withdrawal service. Customers are clearly an inconvenience to them and when they make a mistake, as they have done time and again with me it is always at the expense of the customer and never their fault. Absolutely the worst (verging on abusive) customer service I have come across in a very long time. Walk away now before your blood boils as well as your water!!...
